Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week

May 6th - 10th

We love our JME Teachers & Staff! All week long, we'll be celebrating them in a special and unique way each day. PTA will coordinate a meal every day while students will do special things dedicated to each day.

Join us for our Kindergarten Orientation for rising Kindergarten students! This will be an informative session geared towards adults.

Walk To School Day

May 15th ~ 6:30am

Parking Lot Across from Eleven81

The School Improvement Council at JME with help from the Mount Pleasant Police Department and Safe Routes to School will be hosting the Walk to School Event!

Join us on May 15th at 6:30am (Walk to School will begin promptly at 6:45 am). All JME Students and Parents are invited! We will meet at the parking lot across from Eleven81 at The Oakland Market.

Our Walk to School Event is in accordance with SCDOT's Safe Routes to School which assists schools and communities in the planning, development, and implementation of projects and activities that will improve safety and reduce traffic, fuel consumption, and air pollution in the vicinity of schools while promoting a healthy lifestyle for children and their parents.

Please complete the online registration form by Monday, May 13th. The classroom with the most participants will receive the Golden Shoe Award.

Please pay close attention to the weather. In the event of bad weather, the walk will be canceled. We will email a cancellation announcement to all registered participants.

Calling all 5th grade families! Graduation signs are available for purchase now!

Signs will be $25 and delivered to your students classroom around May 23rd giving you plenty of time to display it in your yard to celebrate your 5th grader.

2024/2025 School Supplies Pre-Order

It's that time of year again! School supply packages are available for order now!

Ordering your school supplies through EPI guarantees that your child will start the year off prepared for school, with all the supplies they will need to be successful. No running around and searching websites for the exact materials.

Yearbooks Still Available

Yearbooks are going fast, but we still have a few left "While Supplies Last." If you would like to purchase a yearbook, do so NOW, as we do expect to sell out. All Jennie Moore students (as of March 17th) are in the yearbook multiple times, and once again we have a "Hidden Object" throughout the book for everyone to find. The yearbook staff can't wait to share this year's edition with everyone.
