Update Contact Info

It's time to update/confirm your contact information in your membership toolkit account (PTA website). This will ensure that you receive our newsletter and emails with all of the latest information about "Happenings at Jennie Moore."

Back To School Drop-In Event

August 8th
JME Cafeteria

Parents and students will have the opportunity to meet their teachers, drop off school supplies, get answers to questions, join PTA and more.

In order to decrease the crowds inside and out, the event will be split into 3 sessions, separated alphabetically by last name:

Last Name A-H: 2:00-2:45
Last Name I-Q: 2:45-3:30
Last Name R-Z: 3:30-4:15

This is a "Drop-In" event - feel free to arrive anytime during your session.

PLEASE NOTE: This drop-in event is for K-5 only. CD students will be receiving a letter from the CD program explaining their process.

First Day of School!

August 13th

The first day of school is coming up! We can't wait to see all the friendly faces walking through the halls again!

The doors will open at 7am. On the first day only, parents will be allowed to walk their children to their classrooms. Please drop your children off quickly and feel free to join us in the cafeteria for our BOO HOO/YAHOO breakfast.

Navigating The Drop Off Line:

As you approach the drop off line, we ask that cars take turns entering from either direction off of Bulrush Basket Lane, merging into the one entrance lane. The road will divide into two lanes before merging again at the cone beside the entrance to the parking lot. Be Kind! This division & remerge is necessary to avoid congestion on Hamlin Road. Both lanes can be used for drop off, only the left lane has access to the parking lot. (This will make more sense once you've done it)

As you exit drop off, you must turn RIGHT onto Bulrush Basket Lane. To see a map of the transportation pattern, click here.

Boohoo / Yahoo! Breakfast

August 13th (after drop off)

Some of us are crying, teary-eyed and blue.
Some of us are cheering, "I'm glad summer's through!"
Whatever mood you're feeling, stop by and stay awhile.
We'll be here to greet you with coffee and a smile!

Dry those tears (or let out a cheer) with other parents after morning drop off on the first day of school. Come enjoy a cup of coffee and a muffin provided by our JME PTA Board in the cafeteria.

Tardy Bell: 7:25am
Dismissal: 2:25pm
Half day dismissal: 10:40am
Early Release dismissal: 12:25pm
